Dr. Amanda Lee, Patterson's owner since October 2022, began working in the veterinary field in 2002 as a veterinary technician before deciding to go to vet school. Dr. Lee graduated from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. After receiving her DVM, Dr. Lee completed an internship training program for emergency medicine, general practice & surgery in northern California. Dr. Lee has worked as an emergency and general practice veterinarian for several years, including at Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners in Ann Arbor. She made the big move back home in 2017 and makes her home in West Village, Detroit. Dr. Lee especially enjoys preventative medicine and providing lifelong care to her patients.

Dr. Oliver Riopelle (Dr. Oliver) is thrilled to return home to Southeast Michigan and join the Patterson family. They enjoy work in general practice after spending years of formative learning experiences in emergency and urgent care. With a strong passion for public health and preventive care, Dr. Oliver is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to our furry friends! 
When not treating pets, Dr. Oliver enjoys gardening, reading, podcasts and taking hikes in the woods. They are looking forward to connecting with you and your companion!

Dr. Glynes D. Graham, previous owner of Patterson Dog & Cat Hospital, received her DVM degree from Michigan State University in 1983. A lifelong Detroit resident, Dr. Graham was only 15 years old when she first became associated with Patterson Hospital through a part-time job filing records and cleaning cages. Pursuing a lifelong dream that began after earning her animal first-aid badge in the Girl Scouts, Dr. Graham learned the business from the ground up, receiving hands-on training from the staff in all aspects of veterinary work, from doing lab work, to preparing animals for surgery, to administering injections. After completing her education, she realized her dream when she purchased the hospital in 1985. 

Dr. Graham sold the practice to Dr. Amanda Lee in 2022 and is enjoying a well-deserved retirement!
