Payment Policy
Patterson Dog & Cat Hospital accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, and cash as payment for your pet’s services. Payment is due at the time services are rendered and a deposit may be required for hospitalization or surgery.
New clients are required to pre-pay the exam fee over the phone with a credit card when scheduling their first appointment. See the New Patient Center for details.
Pet Insurance
We accept pet insurance from all pet insurance providers. If you have pet insurance, please let our staff know. We will be happy to assist you with assembling the records and invoices you will need to file your insurance claim.
